How is UndrDog’s shipping, returns and customer service?

Great product. Material is nice but not as soft as some organic blends I’ve worn. Heavy weight fabric is great but feels a little warm in the summer. Mostly wearing for sleep shorts at night when it’s cool. There is a design element I’m not sure about. In the front at “wings” of material. Unless you spend time adjusting, they don’t do anything for me. Prefer a u-shaped pouch for support without the added fabric.

I bought a black tee, black polo and 3 pairs of shorts. And let me tell you, they all feel great! I wore the t-shirt and a pair of boxers on a hike at 90 degrees with high humidity. It never felt stuffy at all. One pair of the bixers had some stitching missing on the hem. Took about 2 minutes to process the return for replacement and the new pair arrived in less than a week.

Using the shirts is great. They are comfortable and fit well. The unfortunate issue I have is I expected Undrdog to be more responsible with the use of plastics. The product was shipped in individual plastic bags and also had a tag with a plastic clasp. I expected more sustainable packaging. Your competitors use more sustainable packaging. For this reason I will not be purchasing any products from Undrdog.

These are absolutely the best shorts and underwear. I can’t believe how much better this feels. I ordered a size up and shrunk them on high heat purposly knowing eventually I would forget low heat. They fit and feel great. This is all Im buying from now on. I’m up to 8 black & 2 slate shirts, 8 underwear and one polo and looking forward to new colors.

I reached out twice about not receiving my order. Tracking showed it staying in one spot for over a month. I sent screenshots of the tracking both times. The only response I get is we will look into it. Then I never here back about a follow up. Have asked for a refund. But still no response. Only a chat bot response saying they will look into it. It's been over a month... tracking ha made no progress.

I I’m not a fan of these shirts. I feel like they’re poorly made. I feel forever crooked in them. The shirt is not straight. The weave comes from upper left to lower right I can’t find out how to communicate through the app here. I know I’m technically outside of the return window, but these are unbearable for me.

When I tried these new shirts on, they were enormous. I'm a Large and they fit very long and not fitted. But I still used them. Now that they're washed, I'll have to try them again and see if they shrunk. I still wasn't too happy about having to send the old ones back. True-Classic doesn't require that... they just ship you new ones and without any hassle.

Delivery service left package on my porch in full view despite clear signage. The driver pulled away and the package was taken. I have it on video… Contacted underdog and they told me to contact them a few days later. I reached out again informing them that the thief did not return my package and was told sorry it was delivered. No idea if this stuff is any good.
